We offer free in-home estimates to our prospective customers. Our experienced sales people can provide you with expert advice on new windows and door replacements as well as quotations on new home exterior siding featuring all the latest products.

Yes, we install windows and doors and siding all year round. The winter is the best time of year to get the best prices for your replacement project. We do watch the weather maps closely and schedule our installs for the best possible day. We do not install during inclement weather.

We service and warranty products that we have installed. We do not repair products we haven’t installed. We have strong professional relationships over many, many years with our suppliers and we work on your behalf to pursue all valid warranty claims.

For general window & door repairs, we recommend the following:

Yes, we install vinyl siding, soffit, fascia cladding and seamless rain gutter. Our professional installers can also install the newest vinyl shingles, brick & stone siding products now available. We can offer you a complete package of window, doors and siding from start to finish. Many of our clients choose us to coordinate their complete project.

We replace under warranty, glass in products that we installed. We keep extensive records dating back decades to ensure we can follow up on any glass claims. The windows we install carry a life-time warranty against seal failures. Please note: broken glass is not covered. Windows also have an ID sticker on the frame that can provide all the details of that window.

All window & door installers are direct employees of Windows Plus. We provide the cube vans (workshops on wheels) and all the tools, safety training and equipment for our installers.

We carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance and $2,000,000 liability insurance on all of our projects.

We offer two warranties: Product and Workmanship.

Manufacturing Warranties:

Warranty covers products installed in owner-occupied single-family residences.

Damage from Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, etc.), Acts of War, riots, vandalism, fire, and stress resulting from localized heat or modifications is not covered by this warranty

Yes, our 10 year workmanship on window installations is considered to be one of the best in the industry for our clients. The warranty covers the labor, as well as the installation of the entire project. We also offer a 5 year warranty on door installs with multi-point hardware. Doors with standard hardware come with a one year warranty. The window and door manufacturers also offer their warranty on the products themselves. Warranty coverage begins with project completion and final payment.

Triple glazing is available in many of our window packages. Our Gentek windows have won many awards for their quality glass packages. We can provide you with extensive information regarding our many glass options through Gentek.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during installation.

We are members of the NSCSA and we are recertified annually.
